Oshkosh is located on Lake Winnebago in the Fox River Valley of Wisconsin, which is comprised of Oshkosh, Appleton, Neenah and surrounding cities totaling approximately 380,000 people.  Oshkosh is approximately 90 miles north of Milwaukee and 35 miles south of Green Bay, and the Fox River Valley boasts excellent schools, a University of Wisconsin campus and a well known private university, and a strong diversified economy. 



The Customer Satisfaction Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Quality.  The Customer Satisfaction Coordinator will assign tasks through SAP and work with quality teams at each plant to create corrective action.

        Specific Goals & Metrics

  • Achieve an On-Time Response Rate of 25 days (Initial call to corrective action).
  • By improving the overall satisfaction of customers, Reduce the number of calls to less than 5 per day.


        Specific Responsibilities:

  • Assign tasks and create notifications to process owners and/or Complaint Resolution Team for initial disposition and corrective action
  • Create tasks for customer credit or return orders
  • Review content of Corrective Action and provide responses to Customers
  • Create tasks for Verification of Corrective Actions.
  • Monitor & Report timeliness of responses to Customer Complaints for all locations
  • Acts as a safety leader and puts safety first in all responsibilities
  • All other duties as assigned



  • 1-2 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Customer Satisfaction is desired
  • SAP/ERP experience is preferred


  • Four year degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar degree is required.


The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills-written, verbal and interpersonal.  The person will project a strong professional image and be able to interact within all levels of an organization.  The ideal candidate will also be proficient with Microsoft Products such as PowerPoint, Excel and Minitab.  The person should also have experience with running and interpreting quality reports.
