<p><strong>Job Duties</strong></p>
<p>1. Work closely with BW Lead and Business Process teams to help analyze requirements, design the ETL method and data model, and document both Functional and Technical Specifications.</p>

<h3>Education &amp; Experience Required</h3>
<p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration with <strong>3-5 years of experience in Human Resources</strong>.&nbsp; Preferred candidates will have experience with <strong>"Self-Directed Work Teams"</strong> and will have worked in a <strong>manufacturing environment</strong>.</p>
<h3>Skills &amp; Abilities Needed</h3>
<p>In addition, the candidate must possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, and must be able to work independently.</p>
