Job Responsibilities

• Operate LP or Electric Forklift (must qualify under MON License Requirements)
• Transport material as needed within the various production, WIP & FG Areas.
• Load and unload trailers, when necessary
• Collect and load appropriate scrap into trailers for resale
• Fill out WIP material tickets and necessary shipping/receiving/inventory paperwork when needed.
• Fill in as necessary in other areas of the plant.
• Fulfill all duties given them by the Shift Supervisor, and Operations Manager.
• Keep plant dumpsters emptied.
• Stretchwrap pallets for Finished Goods and WIP
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area in and around the inventory storage area
• Use safe behavior in all aspects of position

• Have ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Have aptitude to interact with computer systems (read schedules on the screen, input data, E-mail etc.).
• Have the aptitude to read material specifications and other order paperwork.
• Have the ability to maintain physical condition of assigned equipment. Possess an orientation toward high productivity and excellent quality.
• Have the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Willing to work straight nights on 12 hour schedule as follows:
• MTxxFSS = week 1, xxWTxxx = week 2, x = days off

We are currently seeking an Electrical Engineering Technician to join our Milprint Division in Lebanon, PA.

We are looking for a dependable, team-oriented, self-motivated individual who is looking for opportunities for advancement.  Candidate should be self-directed in order to work effectively on a project-oriented maintenance team.  PLC troubleshooting, relay logic and AC/DC drive experience and technical knowledge with state/federal (OSHA) standards, environmental regulations, and NFPA codes required. 

Education & Experience Required

 Two year associate technical degree in Sciences/Electrical Engineering plus a minimum of five years of experience as an electrical engineering technician in manufacturing environment required.

Skills & Abilities Needed

Conduit, power wiring and panel building is a plus. Competitive compensation based on previous work experience.

-12 hour shift on straight nights (5pm - 5am) or straight days (5am - 5pm)

-Week 1:  MTxxFSS  Week 2: xxWTxxx (x =  days off) 

-Overtime for Saturday and double time for Sunday

• Install and maintain Quality Systems and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's)
• Coordinate the operation of the Quality Assurance laboratory
• Performs the duties of ISO Lead Assessor, Lead Auditor and ISO Management Representative
• Supervise and advise Quality Control Manager, Quality Assurance Supervisor, Technical Administrator, Quality Assurance Technicians and Quality Assurance Technician Trainees
• ISO Key Area Leader responsible for Management Responsibility (4.01), Quality System (4.02), Document Control-Control of Quality Manual (4.05.01.01), Inspection and Testing (4.10), Control of Nonconforming Product (4.13), Corrective and Preventive Action (4.14), and Internal Quality Audits (4.17)
• Plan and schedule Quality functions
• Maintain supplier partnerships.
• Complete final inspection of product when needed.
• Oversee and coordinate Internal Audits
• Prepare for and coordinate Customer visits.
• Supervise Quality Control Supervisor and Technicians.
• Maintain proper Quality Control Documentation.
• Develop the Quality team through annual goals and providing written biannual reviews
• Supports and participates in safety initiatives

Education & Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in either Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar education plus a minimum of five years experience in Quality Management in manufacturing setting is required
• Experience with SPC, DOE, GMP and FDA regulations, standards and requirements
• Experience in manufacturing and quality process capabilities is desired
• SAP systems knowledge preferred
• Knowledge of ISO 13485: 2000 required.
• Familiarity with running and interpreting quality reports a must.
• Extensive experience in handling audits is required.
