<p>The HR Manager is responsible for the HR function and day to day HR support for a 24/5 operation of <span style="text-decoration: underline;">150 union employees</span> at the Paper-Vancouver facility with support of one (1) direct report.&nbsp; The HR Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining good labor relations within the facility and community.
