The HR Manager is responsible for the HR function and day to day HR support for a 24/5 operation of 150 union employees at the Paper-Vancouver facility with support of one (1) direct report.  The HR Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining good labor relations within the facility and community. The HR Manager will also keep abreast of current developments within the human resources field and tailor programs to meet organizational objectives while assuring policies are compatible with legal requirements.

• Achieve an On-Time Response Rate of 25 days (Initial call to corrective action).

• Acknowledge Customer Complaints after receipt of notification from Customer Service
• Assign tasks and create notifications to process owners and/or Complaint Resolution Team for initial disposition and corrective action

The Manager of IT Operations and Disaster Recovery is responsible for all IT systems operations activities, including data center, server and network operations and the coordination of all activities related to IT disaster recovery.

This position is responsible for the architecture, development, enhancement and ongoing support of custom developed solutions within the SAP ABAP development toolset. We currently have a need for a Customer Service Representative to join our Shield Pack facility in West Monroe.   

This position supports the Business Manager as primary sales representative to established customers via inside sales.  Proactively coordinate specific customer needs within the manufacturing process to achieve total customer satisfaction.  Accurately forecast customer needs to assist purchasing with material requirements.  React to customer inquiries about products and services.

 Job Duties:

• Solicits sales orders via phone and e-mail. Maintains a friendly business relationship with customers to understand current and future needs. Actively recommends products and services. Notifies Business Manager when customer visit may be required.
• Receives orders through phone, fax and e-mail from customers and/or sales personnel. Enters orders into the SAP data entry system accurately to allow for timely order fulfillment based on customer needs.
• Continually monitors customers order progress throughout the manufacturing operation to insure customer receives their order on time. Advises customers of any delay or change from original expectation providing alternatives when necessary.
• Handles all aspects of shipping the product to the customer utilizing MercuryGate TMS for prepaid shipments and working with customer's logistic teams on collect shipments. Prepare and collect all shipment documentation required by the customer such as Certificates of Compliance, Certificates of Analysis, Bills of Lading, and Packing Slips including export documents when shipping exports.
• Processes invoices for each shipment and delivers invoice to customer's accounts payable department by their preferred method either by mail, fax, or email.
• Follows up and collects on past due invoices providing invoice copies and proofs of deliveries where necessary.
• Communicates with customers on a continuous basis to insure forecasts are in SAP system so that Purchasing can forecast to our suppliers and production can plan for the work force required to meet customer needs.
• Coordinates the expediting of rush shipments and monitors their progress, tracking them as necessary.
• Answers product and policy inquiries from existing, new or potential customers. Provides quotes, samples or product literature as requested.
• Support and participate in departmental performance management initiatives.
• Provides reports as required and enters current activities, opportunities within each customer in SAP.
• Cross-train to become fully functional on the desks of team members and assist as workload dictates.
• Maintains complete files pertaining to customer information, pricing, and any other information related to order entry.
• Achieve a basic knowledge of how Shield Pack Products are used and of the primary markets we serve.
• Work closely with Quality and implement customer surveys and compile and summarize findings.
• Manage customer complaints and returned goods.
• Trains new Customer Service Representatives and Inside Sales in the customer service area.
• Attend internal customer meetings as requested.
• Performs miscellaneous duties for projects and events as requested.

Education & Experience Required

Education and Experience:

• Associate's degree in a business-related field with a minimum 3-5 years experience in a Customer Service related position in a manufacturing environment preferred OR a High School diploma or equivalence required 5+ years experience.
• Working knowledge of personal computers and the ability to learn new programs related to data entry and word processing.

We currently have a Tax Analyst opening at our headquarters in Neenah. 

The Tax Analyst is responsible for preparing federal and state income and sales and use tax returns as well as Forms 5500 for pension and welfare benefit plans, calculating estimated payments and extensions, maintaining documentation to support audits and assisting with the US tax aspects of financial reporting. Responsible for assisting in all aspects of federal income tax return preparation and reporting.

 1. Tax Compliance

• Preparation of federal and state corporate income tax returns and related schedules
• Calculation of federal and state estimated income tax payments
• Preparation of state sales and use tax returns
• Preparation of form 5500 for pension and welfare benefit plans
• Calculation and analysis of income tax return book/tax differences including preparation of depreciation reports
• Preparation of earnings and profits calculations for foreign subsidiaries and completion of related Forms 5471

 2. Tax Provision

• Assistance with preparation of quarterly and annual US income tax provisions

3. Federal and State Audits

• Preparation of responses to requests for information from federal and state income and sales and use tax authorities during the course of examinations

4. Special Projects and Tax Planning and Research

• Assistance with information gathering and research in connection with ongoing tax planning
• Assistance with special projects as needed

Education & Experience Required

* Education:  Undergraduate four year accounting or business-related degree (BS or BA).

* Certification:  CPA or advanced degree preferred.

Skills & Abilities Needed

* Work Experience:  A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant tax experience. 

* Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:  The candidate must have relevant experience and technical skills in the state tax area and demonstrate excellent organizational skills. Must have broad general knowledge federal taxes and tax accounting principles under ASC 740.  Must be able to balance competing priorities and handle tight reporting deadlines.  Excellent Excel competency is a must.
