Due to continued growth, we have an immediate opportunity for a Product Development Engineer in Stow, OH.

This role would be responsible to provide product development input in support of projects for MACtac operations. Projects assigned to this position are of significant complexity and accomplished with minimal guidance.  Significant customer interaction and detailed communication is also expected. More specific duties include but are not limited to:

·         Evaluate customer needs and recommend solutions to those needs that fit MACtac's manufacturing capabilities. Direct communication with MACtac Sales/Marketing, Manufacturing, R&D, Supply Chain and Customer Service personnel is used to determine and develop project requirements.

·         Manage and organize project orders for the evaluation of new or revised products and the communications needed to produce these orders with appropriate line and staff personnel.   

·         Follow experimental orders through the manufacturing process to determine fitness for manufacture of new products.

·         Create technical reports with sufficient statistical detail to be useful for internal and external product validations.  

·         Assemble and analyze information necessary to resolve customer technical problems. Assist the plants with quality issues when required.

·         Execute customer visits and product qualifications to troubleshoot issues and assist in final evaluations.

·         Manage material and product specifications within product development area with guidance from Supervisor.

          Supervise Technicians that work within the R&D Department.

·         Assists in training of junior personnel.

Education & Experience Required

A Bachelors degree in chemical or materials engineering, or similar degree with 3-5 years experience in Pressure Sensitive products, and/or process development is required.

Skills & Abilities Needed

Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary for this role, in order to communicate with customers, machine operators and production supervisors.

We currently have an opening for a SAP Business Warehouse (BW) Development Analyst to join our technical team in Neenah. 

Job Duties

1. Work closely with BW Lead and Business Process teams to help analyze requirements, design the ETL method and data model, and document both Functional and Technical Specifications.

2. Develop ABAP programs to extract ECC data to BW.

3. Develop all types of BW ETL objects (both 3.x and 7.0), as needed to support the development and maintenance of the Enterprise Data Warehouse model.

4. Develop queries, workbooks, and objects for use by end-users, per the defined methodology.

5. Provide production support in the areas of security, troubleshooting, system monitoring/uptime, tuning, and notes research.

6. Maintain technical documentation, as needed.

Education & Experience Required

Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in MIS, Computer Science or equivalent work experience, with at least 2 years of SAP BW experience. Experience with a SAP ECC module is a plus.

Other Skills / Knowledge:

1. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in SAP BW (2004s/7.0 preferred; 3.x acceptable).

2. General knowledge of SAP ECC (R/3).

3. Knowledge of ABAP for the development of extract programs, Object Oriented ABAP a plus.

4. Experience with Data Warehousing concepts, technologies, and tools.

5. The ability to work effectively in a team environment with excellent interpersonal and communication skills coupled with strong analytical skills.

1. Attend press runs as the graphics representative for new graphics items at assigned printing facilities

2. Provide input to customers, separators, manufacturing, and internal graphics during design, preproduction, and planning phases that will aid in the successful printing of the design.

Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity for a Financial Analyst position at our Curwood division. 

The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing insightful operational and financial information to the division leadership.  While this position reports to the Director of Finance, it is expected that the successful candidate will work with leaders across all functional areas to provide relevant and timely financial information for use in business decisions.

 Job Duties:

• Develop and provide management team with meaningful financial and operational performance metrics and trend reports
• Analyze operating and financial results to identify trends and activities driving those results and makes recommendations on potential changes, both operational and financial in nature, to improve performance
• Prepared detailed analyses for use by manufacturing in identifying capacity requirements
• Assist operations in analyzing procedural improvement opportunities
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts as assigned
• Maintain internal controls and company process and procedure around customer rebate & contract programs
• Coordinate and assist in the preparation of the Division's annual operating plan & maintain monthly & YTD variance analysis around the Plan.
